If You Have Ever Owned Or Leased A 1999-2006 Model Year BMW 3 Series Vehicle, You May Be Entitled To Class Action Settlement Benefits.
A well known issue that has happend to a significant number of E46 cars. Having the rear chassis that drops is not nice.
Please note that this “campain” and “legal action” against BMW is only taking place in the US.
